Custom Software

Software built to your specifications. Fixed scope, fixed price.

Celeron Solutions takes on custom software projects outside the platform — web applications, internal tools, integration pipelines. You define the problem and the outcome. We scope it, price it, and build it.

What we build.

Custom projects, not productized packages. Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation.

Internal tools & admin panels

Operational dashboards, approval surfaces, internal portals — built to your team's exact workflow, not adapted from a template.

Client-facing web applications

Customer portals, vendor interfaces, partner dashboards — applications your external stakeholders interact with directly.

Integration pipelines & automation

Custom data pipelines, cross-system sync, and automation logic that doesn't fit an off-the-shelf tool.

Anything you can define and accept

If you can describe the problem, the output, and the conditions for sign-off — we can scope and build it.

How an engagement works.

01

Scoping call

A working conversation to define the problem, the deliverable, and what 'done' looks like. We need to understand the scope before we can price it — no quotes without a scoping call.

02

Statement of Work

A written SOW covering deliverables, explicit out-of-scope items, acceptance criteria, timeline, and total cost. Both parties sign before any work begins.

03

Delivery

Work is delivered against the acceptance criteria in the SOW. Changes outside the documented scope are priced separately before any additional work starts.

Proof of capability

The Celeron platform is what we built for ourselves.

Celeron Solutions is a distributed, multi-tenant SaaS — React frontend, Apollo/Express orchestration backend, async integrations execution engine, multi-agent AI system, real-time WebSocket streaming, and an AI-generated portal runtime.

That's the work we're capable of. Custom projects follow the same standard.

React · TypeScript · Node.js · GraphQL
Apollo · Firebase · Firestore · React Native
GitHub Actions · CI/CD pipelines
Multi-agent AI systems · LLM integration
Real-time systems · WebSocket streaming
Full-stack architecture through deployment

What to expect from an engagement.

No quote without a scoping call.
Every project is different. We don't price work we haven't understood. The scoping call is where we define the problem, the deliverable, and the acceptance criteria — before any numbers are discussed.
Scope is written down before work starts.
The SOW defines exactly what is built, what is not built, and what conditions constitute delivery. Change requests that fall outside the SOW are scoped and priced separately — before any additional work begins.
Fixed price means fixed price.
Once the SOW is signed, the price doesn't change unless the scope changes. You won't receive a bill larger than what was agreed.
Delivery is against acceptance criteria, not satisfaction.
"Done" is defined in the SOW before work starts. Delivery is complete when the documented criteria are met, verified, and signed off.

Have a project in mind?

Send a brief description of what you're trying to build and your timeline. We'll set up a scoping call to determine fit and whether fixed-scope delivery makes sense for your project.
