Lease paperwork means retyping the same details, lease after lease.

Every lease document asks for information that already lives in Propertyware: names, dates, amounts, custom fields. Filling a PDF means opening the lease, reading each value, and typing it into the form.

It's slow, and every retyped field is a chance for a typo. Templates get reused constantly, but the transcription starts over every time.

Upload fillable PDFs once. The library shows every template, when it was uploaded, and whether it has been filled.
Field mapping against real lease data
The app discovers every fillable field in the PDF, including text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, and radio groups. Load a real lease, choose which standard or custom Propertyware field feeds each one, and save the mapping to reuse.
Preview before you fill
Enter a lease ID and see each PDF field next to the value that will be inserted, so gaps are visible before the document is generated.
A filled document in one click
The completed PDF appears inline, with the original and the last filled copy side by side for comparison.
Append a second document
Add another PDF from the library to a filled document to produce one merged file.

Add a fillable PDF to the library. It appears immediately, marked as not yet filled.

Enter a lease ID, load its fields from Propertyware, assign each PDF field to a lease field, and save.

Retrieve a lease
On the Fill Document screen, pick a template and enter a lease ID. The app shows every field and the value it resolved.

Fill the document
Generate the completed PDF and review it inline.

Append if needed
Merge a second PDF from the library into the filled document, for example an addendum.
