Building and city, sale status and date, marketing goal, list price, listing date, comps, and listing notes, rehab status, quote, start and completion dates, property notes, plus the current lease start and end dates.

Search, sort, and arrange

Search by building name, sort, and page through 50 buildings at a time. Drag columns into the order your team reviews them; the order is remembered in that browser.

Update Propertyware from the same screen

Open a building, edit its sale, marketing, listing, and rehab fields, and save. Only the fields you changed are sent to Propertyware.

Private by default

Everyone signs in first. Lease dates are shown read-only, so the app changes only the building fields your team chose.

Choose a view

Pick All Buildings for the combined view, or a single portfolio from the sidebar. Each view has its own address, so it can be bookmarked.

Find and compare

Search by building name, sort, and scroll across the sale, marketing, rehab, and lease columns. The building name stays pinned on the left.

Open a building

A detail view shows the editable building fields and the current lease start and end dates.

Update what changed

Edit sale and rehab status from set lists, plus notes, prices, and dates, then save. Only the changed fields go to Propertyware.

See the result

A confirmation appears when the update succeeds. If Propertyware returns an error, it shows in place and your edits stay open so you can correct and retry.
